Introduction: On July 30, 2015, Xiamen's "Twin Towers"—the Shimao Straits International Business Operation Center—entered the final stages of construction, with Tower A nearing completion and commissioning. Known as the "China's No.1 Twin Towers," the Shimao Building is located in the historically and culturally rich, scenic Xiamen Xiagang area. Standing 300 meters tall with 64 floors, it faces the sea. With a total land area of approximately 30,000 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 330,000 square meters, it is the tallest building in Xiamen to be topped out. The project consists of two super-high-rise buildings, 300 meters tall. One is a platinum 5-star hotel and office building, the other is a SOHO office building, and the podium is a commercial complex integrating shopping, leisure, entertainment, and dining.
