Product Introduction

Composed of a loose sleeve expansion joint, short pipe flange, force-transmission bolts, and other components. It reduces pressure thrust (blind plate force) on connected parts and compensates for pipeline installation errors. Note: It cannot absorb axial displacement.

Function

Installation Instructions

Consists of body, sealing ring, gland plate, and extension short pipe. Suitable for pipelines flanged on both ends. During installation:

1、Adjust connection length at both ends.

2、Tighten gland plate bolts diagonally and evenly.

3、Forms an integrated unit with controlled displacement for maintenance adjustments.

4、Transmits axial thrust to the entire pipeline during operation.

Sequentially and evenly tighten the gland bolts diagonally, then adjust the limit nuts to lock the expansion/compression range, ensuring safe pipeline operation. Detachable Double Flanged Force-Transmission Joint Model VSSJAFC (CC2F):
This detachable joint is suitable for pipelines with flanged connections on both ends. During installation, adjust the product’s connection length relative to the flanges. Sequentially and evenly tighten the gland bolts diagonally to form an integrated unit with controlled displacement. This allows for on-site adjustments during installation or maintenance. During operation, it transmits axial thrust throughout the entire pipeline.
